Úlfljótsvatn outdoor scout center will handle all equipment renting and pre&post excursions. 

Helping you plan and prepare for your trip to Iceland, Daði (Dah-thi) will be your contact for transportation, equipment and pre- and post adventures. Daði is a staff member at Úlfljótsvatn, the national scout center of Iceland, and specializes in assisting international scouts with their bookings and travel support. For groups that want to use the Pre & Post options:

  1. Book your accommodation at travel@skatarnir.is.
    Keep in mind that indoor accommodation is in very limited
    supply, so act fast. Campers can be a little more relaxed.
  2. To secure your accommodation, an invoice will be issued
    for a confirmation fee, payable by bank transfer.
  3. Once the confirmation fee is paid, you can start to plan
    your activities and fill in the CART form for catering,
    activities, rental and transport.
  4. Once you have your plan ready, send the CART form in,
    and you will be issued a final invoice.

For groups that only need transportation and/or equipment:

  1. Fill in the CART form and send in to travel@skatarnir.is.
    You will get an invoice for confirmation fee.
  2. Once the confirmation fee is paid, the booking is
    confirmed and a final invoice is issued.
